APPLY TO JOIN THE PROJECT! FAMILIES AND PHOTOGRAPHERS WELCOME. FIND OUT HOW BELOW. THANK YOU FOR VISITING!
The Kadence-Hunter Project was created to help families with children who have disabilities or who are differently able like Kadence and Hunter. Both Children who have are on the autism spectrum. This project will provide families with differently able children the opportunity to have their family portraits taken in a calm and safe environment.
There is a stigma and a fear when it comes to children or adults that are different. If the child doesn't look or act like other children they are around, that is deemed scar. Being different isn't scary at all. It is beautiful.
The Kadence-Hunter Project will give one family a month the opportunity to schedule a session free of charge. The session will contain 10 images on a disc as well as a print package that will contain an 8x10 and 2 5x7's. If you want to help, let me know and if the interest is enough to call for it, I will add a donate button to this page of the site. However, for the time being I will not be accepting any donations. All donations will do directly to the cost of print packages for the families. I will not ask for donations, however I was asked how others can help.
At this moment I am the ONLY photographer who is working with this project and the project is my original creations. Although, any photographers who would like to join me with The Kadence-Hunter Project can submit an application to me personally. I will review it as well as have the two families, of the children in which the project is named after, review the application, credentials and portfolio of the photographer to help decide if they are a good fit for the project.
All families who would like to participate in The Kadence-Hunter Project can contact me below. I will take each family on a case by case basis. You can also email me your story at [email protected]
